Last updated: October 23, 2026. This page explains what information we collect when you visit grandmaedna.com or buy the cookbook, and what we do with it.
When you buy the book: your email address and your payment details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. on its own secure pages. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your email address, the amount paid, and a code that tells us which video or page you came from, so we can send you the book and help you if something goes wrong.
When you write to us: your email address and whatever you tell us in your message.
When you visit the site: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
To deliver the cookbook and its free updates, to answer your questions, to process refunds, and to keep the site secure. We may email you when a new chapter of the book you bought is released. We do not send other marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Stripe (payments and receipts), Cloudflare (website hosting and email delivery), and Google (the mailbox that receives your messages). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We share nothing else with anyone, unless the law requires it.
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Support emails are kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except what we must keep by law.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to ruth@grandmaedna.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
